According to Ibn Sirin, seeing marriage in a dream signifies goodness, profit, and partnership. If someone dreams of marrying the daughter of a prominent or knowledgeable person, he will receive much good. Al-Nabulsi says that marriage in a dream indicates Allah’s care and protection, and Allah knows best. 

• One of the common signs of marriage dreams is that whoever sees himself marrying a beautiful girl in a dream will attain comfort, status, and ease, and Allah knows best.
• Sheikh Al-Nabulsi explains that seeing marriage in a dream affects one’s work and craft. If someone dreams of marrying a woman and she dies, it means he will only find toil and hardship in his work. Marrying four women in a dream indicates an increase in blessings, and Allah knows best. 
• Al-Nabulsi says that if a sick married man dreams of marriage and does not meet or recognize his wife, this is a sign of his death, and Allah knows best.
• Marriage to an unknown woman in a dream may indicate pain, illness, or a short life, but the dreamer is qualified for a position of authority. Marrying an unknown woman in a dream may also mean learning something about women.

Interpretation of a Husband Marrying in a Dream

• A husband marrying in a dream indicates his elevation in status, increased wealth, and livelihood, especially if the wife sees her husband marrying a beautiful and unknown woman. The husband’s marriage in a dream also symbolizes news the wife will hear, and there are hidden blessings that will become apparent over time.

Ibn Sirin said that if a man dreams of marrying his wife to another man and she is taken to him, if he is a king, he will lose his possessions, and if he is a merchant, he will lose his trade. Generally, dreaming of marrying off one’s wife indicates loss if the man gives his wife to another man. However, if the dreamer sees himself arranging his wife’s marriage and bringing a man to marry her, it means he will gain excessive benefits from his work or trade, and Allah knows best. Marriage in a dream for a single woman is a positive omen, insha’Allah, while marriage for a married woman in a dream may indicate pregnancy, insha’Allah, or a new responsibility on her shoulders.

It is said that dreaming of marrying someone you love generally indicates good fortune in life, and achieving what you desire is in your best interest. If a woman says, "I married my husband in a dream," it is a sign of renewal in life, gaining harmony, strengthening family bonds, or pregnancy.

Seeing marriage in a dream for a pregnant woman indicates the birth of a girl, but if a pregnant woman sees her husband marrying her, this indicates she will give birth to a boy, and Allah knows best.

Marriage to a Deceased Woman in a Dream

If a person dreams of marrying a deceased woman, it means he is in despair or has lost hope of obtaining something truly lost and regaining it. If he dreams of living with a deceased woman as if she were alive, he will do something he will regret, and when he consummates the marriage, he will regret his actions.
